Joy Sybesma
Joy is the Founder & CEO of ScaleJOY, where they develop and deliver custom leadership development experiences for CEOs, leadership teams and managers, from manager training to offsites to coaching! Their ideal customers are scaling or transforming organizations and clients include Dataiku, The Farmer’s Dog, and Linkedin to name a few. In her career, Joy has served as the Chief People Officer to two global tech organizations, and prior to that she spent over a decade in L&D, Talent and HR roles. Additionally, Joy co-founded an HR consulting firm called P5 Collaborative Consulting. Joy’s true love is learning and leadership, and believes it’s her mission to help people, teams and companies become sustainably high performing! Joy is an alumnus of the University of Minnesota and is a Harvard University certified leadership coach. Joy is especially excited for the upcoming launch of her invite-only cohort dinner club for Chief People Officers in NYC, Wendy Road!
